At a young age, Lynn realized that faith was central to having—and executing—a meaningful life plan, Lynn, through God’s grace, began to develop a system for keeping his life on track and maintaining focus. Lynn created a system centered on the four crucial components of faith, self, family and life’s work.
Lynn authored and published NEXT STEP - How to Start Living Intentionally and Discover What God Really Wants for Your Life.
Through the NEXT STEP system, Lynn helps people put faith into action through the four pillars, which consist of Faith, Self, Family, and Life's work. Through this system, he is able to provide knowledge, and tools for individuals to take action to lead them towards a fulfilling life of achieving their goals and dreams.
Born in Chicago, Illinois, Timothy K. Lynn is speaker, author, teacher, and entrepreneur, but above all, a man of faith. He has used the Next Step system for over 30 years to transform his life and his business.
Along with being a speaker and author, Tim is the Founder & Executive Chairman of a successful company, NIR Roof Care, Tim pioneered the NIR Rooftop Maintenance Program (TM) in 1988, now NIR Roof Care Plan®, which has developed a great tool over the years for building owners to save on their capital by extending the life of their commercial roofs. Tim also created an instructional program for roofers selling and consulting with customers, becoming Certified Roof Care Specialists. Now, mature roofers who want to retain their value to a company, can utilize their experience to extend their careers and the life of many roofs.
Aside from educating others and helping them transform their life through his NEXT STEP system, Tim's life's work is helping people and giving back to God's Kingdom. He has been successful in doing so, by being heavily involved in a variety of organizations where he participates in events and fundraisers to bring awareness about the needs of the organizations and giving back financially through many different fundraisers through NIR Roof Care, and NIR Cares. Through NIR Cares, he gives the opportunity for his customers to donate to an organization of their choice as well as giving back to the organizations that Tim supports, such as: Willow Creek Church, Safe a Life International, Global Leadership Network, and Generation Distinct.
